The Reformation of Southern Seminary

By Matthew Barrett–

As a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary I marvel at how the Lord turned SBTS from the home of liberalism to the flagship seminary for orthodoxy in the SBC. Today I would simply like to highlight a couple of resources where R. Albert Mohler retells the story of what took place and how God worked through him to turn Southern Seminary around. First, here is an interview from Christ the Center with Mohler and Peter Lillback.

Second, and as Justin Taylor has observed before me, there are three other audios by Mohler worth your time. In the latter two Mohler goes into far greater depth as he describes the reformation of SBTS at length and the opposition he experienced.
