Announcing the Newest Credo Fellow: Gavin Ortlund
Credo is Latin for “I believe.” From the creeds of the church fathers to the confessions of the reformers, Christians have faithfully confessed the faith once for all delivered to the saints. By bridging the gap between church and academy, Credo helps churchgoers, pastors, and students alike retrieve classical Christianity for the sake of biblical and orthodox fidelity, fostering theological renewal in the church today.
Today I have the privilege of welcoming a new Credo Fellow, Gavin Ortlund, one of today’s brightest theological minds. In addition to serving as a Credo Fellow, Gavin will feature on future Credo Alliance episodes. Also, we are thrilled to partner with Gavin and participate in crossover episodes between Truth Unites and the Credo Podcast.

Gavin actively operates the YouTube channel Truth Unites, which aims to provide gospel assurance through theological depth. This platform serves a dual purpose: providing theological resources to the church and offering an apologetic voice to our society. In its ecclesiological role, Truth Unites strives to equip the church with theological education, emphasizing historical retrieval and theological triage. Its primary goal is to strengthen and unify evangelical theology amidst the prevalent fragmentation of our polarizing age. Additionally, the channel produces content that defends the principles of Protestantism. In its apologetic role, Truth Unites seeks to engage the culture with an appealing and credible perspective on the existence of God and the resurrection of Christ. You can connect with Gavin on Twitter or Facebook or Youtube.
