Dr. Derek Cooper is Managing Director of Thomas Institute, an educational travel company specializing in learning on location. He is the author of 15 books, including Basics of Latin (both in book and video), Christianity and World Religions, Christianity and New Religious Movements, Introduction to World Christian History, and translator of Philip Melanchthon’s Commentary on Proverbs. He also runs a YouTube channel called Thomas Institute, which features hundreds of on-location videos filmed in the lands of the Bible and the Church.
